Does anyone know if there's a block heater on the b7800? does it come standard or is it an option?

Believe it's an option. I had it put mine when it came in. wish it would heat up the hydraulics. ....

TSC and others have magnetic block heaters. Use with caution though. Warm oil at start is a very good idea. Letting a block sit for a long time warm is not. We have had this discussion before on this board.
For the hydraulics, make sure you let the tractor warm to operating temperature before using the hydro or hydraulics. The hydraulic fluid also lubricates the drive train.
You may also want to double check that your oil pan is steel before getting a magenetic heater. Most of the 7800 drive train is cast alluminum.

It is an installed option. We do about 35 to 50% of the new tractors going out. ....

if i wanted to go to the dealer and buy it, is it difficult to install myself?
what is an approximate price i should expect to pay?
